By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belize Audubon Society said on Thursday that the St. Herman’s Blue Hole National Park is open, but cave tubing is not being allowed today due to high water level.
But csve tubing is not the only activity that can be done at St. Herman’s Blue Hole National Park, which is located off the Hummingbird Highway.
“Feel free to enjoy the view and surrounding trails at the site,” said the Belize Audubon Society.
St Herman’s is also good for bird watching. You may come across a Golden Hooded Tanager, a Melodious Blackbird, a Barred Antshrike, a Northern Rough-winged Swallow (Ridgeway’s), and a Bare-throated Tiger Heron.
