Belize participates in Expo Turismo in Veracruz, Mexico

The expo is being held from November 15 – 17, 2022.

The expo showcases the historical, cultural, gastronomic, and biodiversity of the state of Veracruz.

Belize is one of several countries invited to share information on #DestinationBelize with visitors.

The Expo is regarded as the second most important tourism event in the southeast of Mexico and will see an estimated 8,000 visitors over the 3 days.

The Belize delegation includes Ambassador of Belize to Mexico, Oscar Arnold, Sandra Vasquez Castillo; Consul of Belize in Veracruz, Fatima Ahumada Vazquez, Enrique Moraila (Gaudelli), and representatives from the Belize Tourism Board, Phylicia Pelayo; Marketing Communication Associate and Mike Hernandez; Media Relations and Communications Officer.
