By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Three Belizeans recently completed a three-month Mandarin training project coordinated by Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF).
Ishmael Nicholson, Jasmin Cajbon, and Camelia Chou completed the Mandarin project on Friday November 18, according to the Embassy of Belize in Taiwan.
“Besides attending mandarin classes at Ming Chuan University from Monday to Friday, the participants visited local enterprises, such as TSMC Museum of Innovation, Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, Cycling Culture Museum and YesHealth iFarm,” said the Embassy of Belize in Taiwan.
The Belize Embassy congratulated the three participants who also had an opportunity to learn about Taiwanese culture and visit several places in Taiwan.
