Belize’s best, Altitude & Verdes, to clash in Premier League of Belize Finals

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize’s best football clubs, regular season winners Altitude and defending champions Verdes, will clash head to head in the Premier League of Belize Finals over the next two weekends.

Altitude eliminated Progresso 3-1 on goal aggregate after beating them twice, 2-1 in Orange Walk and 1-0 in Independence

For their part, the Green Machine drew with San Pedro 2-2 in San Pedro and won 3-2 in San Ignacio qualifying to the Finals on a 5-4 aggregate.

The first match of the Finals will be played at the Norman Broaster Stadium in San Ignacio on Sunday at 4:00 pm. The return and definitive final will be staged at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium in Independence/Mango Creek at 7:30 pm on Saturday, December 3.
