San Ignacio Hospital coordinates blood drive to assist mother and two kids that were stabbed in domestic dispute

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, the Mayor of San Ignacio and Santa Elena, Earl Trapp visited Angelita Requena at the hospital.

Requena and her 2 children are hospitalized after being stabbed multiple times by her common-law husband. The incident occurred on Saturday, November 19, 2022, when Requena and her common-law husband got into a domestic dispute.

The San Ignacio and Santa Elena Town Council noted that Requena is one of the most productive and instrumental workers.

Mayor Trapp and the council extend well wishes to Requena.

The San Ignacio Hospital is coordinating a blood drive on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Blood types B and O are needed for the family.
