By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and isolated showers except for the north and isolated thunderstorms. Tonight, skies will be clear to partly cloudy with isolated showers and thunderstorms over the south.
High temperatures today peak at 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees over inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures range from 79 degrees along the coast to 72 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots. The seas will be light chop to choppy with waves of two to five feet.
Tides will be high at 9:04 this morning and 8:17 this evening and high at 3:23 this afternoon. The sun will set at 5:16 this evening and rise at 6:06 Wednesday morning.
Mainly fair weather prevails on Wednesday, though there is an increased chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms along coastal areas.
