2022 FIFA World Cup: Neymar expected back for Brazil’s Round of 16 match against South Korea on Monday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Brazil star player Neymar trained on Sunday with the Brazilian team and may be back in the lineup for La Verde Amarelha as they face South Korea in the Round of 16.

Neymar suffered an ankle injury in the second half of the first match against Serbia on Thursday, November 24 and was sidelined for the next two games. Considering he is the leader of the Brazil side, manager Tite is expected to field Neymar against South Korea on Monday at the Stadium 974 in Doha at 1:00 pm.

The first game on Monday features Japan and Croatia @ 9:00 am at the Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah.
