2022 FIFA World Cup: Brazil, Croatia kick off Quarterfinals on Friday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: With eight teams left and after the first two-day break in the 2022 World Cup, the Quarterfinals kick off on Friday.

Croatia will play Brazil at 9:00 am at the Education City Stadium in Doha and later at 1:00 pm the Netherlands will measure up against Argentina at the Lusail Stadium in Al Daayen.

The second day and final day of the quarterfinals will feature Morocco against Portugal at 9:00 am at Al Thumama Stadium in Doha and all-European encounter between England and France @ 1:00 pm at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.

The winners qualify to the semifinals.

As it stands, the winners of the Netherlands vs Argentina will play the winners of Croatia vs Brazil on Tuesday, December 13. The winners of France vs England will play the winners of Morocco vs Portugal on Wednesday, December 14.
