By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts an increase in moisture and instability in the weather to set in later tonight. Skies will be sunny today with cloudy spells and cloudy at times tonight. Shower activity will be isolated except in the north this afternoon and a chance for isolated thunderstorms, then expect some showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly over southern and coastal areas tonight.
High temperatures peak at 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 89 degrees over inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 77 degrees along the coast, 71 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at 10 to 20 knots; sea state is choppy.
Tides will be high at 10:08 this morning and 9:05 this evening and low at 3:04 this afternoon. The sun will set at 5:17 this evening and rise at 6:10 Thursday morning.
Skies will be mostly cloudy on Thursday with some showers and isolated thunderstorms developing countrywide but especially in the south.
