By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Benque House of Culture/NICH conducted a Christmas toy drive in Benque Viejo del Carmen.

According to Nalleli Yacab, Benque House of Culture (HOC)/NICH coordinator, the toys collected were wrapped on Friday to be distributed to children on Saturday.

“New and pre-loved and in good condition toys are much welcome,” said the Benque House of Culture as it encouraged the townsfolk to contribute to the toy drive “to share some Joy this season”.

Yacab said the support was very positive.
