San Pedro man stabbed in the back on Christmas Day

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A San Pedro resident was stabbed in the back on Christmas Day.

Police say that they responded to a call about a fight on Angel Coral Street around 3:05 a.m., and found 28-year-old Marlon Thompson with two stab injuries to the back.

The person who stabbed Thompson was still on the scene at the time, and Thompson pointed him out to police. That person has been detained pending charges.

Thompson was transported to the San Pedro Polyclinic where he is listed in stable condition.
