By Benjamin Flowers: Police have arrested two San Pedro men in connection with the shooting death of American national Jbria Michelle Bowens.

Commissioner of Police Chester Williams announced moments ago that police have formally arrested and charged 33-year-old Lucio Salazar and 24-year-old Delson Paguada for the crime of murder.

Bowens was shot on Friday night near Central Park in San Pedro Town, while sitting on the back of a golf cart.
