ComPol dismisses alibi claim in San Pedro murder

By Aaron Humes: A claim by one of the accused in the murder of J’Bria Bowens that he was not involved is being legally reviewed, says Commissioner of Police Chester Williams.

The suspect claims he escaped from the station, but according to the Commissioner he had been detained for alleged membership in a gang and escaped and was recaptured.

The Commissioner said he would leave aside that matter for the courts and not comment further on it at this time.
