Taiwan Ambassador recognizes leaders of Taiwanese community in Belize

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, a few days away from the Lunar New Year celebration, the Taiwan Ambassador in Belize, David Kuan-Chou Chien recognized leaders of the Taiwanese community in Belize.

Ambassador Chien presented Certificate of Appointment as Advisor of the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) to Lee Mark Chang, Honorary President of Belize Chinese Association (BCA), and the Certificate of Appointment as Associate Advisor to Lucky Chiang, President of ROC Veterans Association in Belize, Eric Chang, President of Hakka Association of Belize, Orin Wu, President of Belize Taiwan Chamber of Commerce (BTCC), Jessica Chen, President of Belize Chinese Rescue Association, Horng-Jiun Jou, Yueh-Ching Kao, Hung Hui Fu, and Andy Lin.

Ambassador Chien extended his appreciation to the leaders of the Taiwanese community in Belize for their efforts to further strengthen Taiwan-Belize relations.
