By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts continuing moist and unstable conditions. Skies will be cloudy with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms, starting mainly along the coast this morning, moving over northern and inland areas this afternoon, and then back over the south and coast tonight but generally isolated elsewhere.
High temperatures peak at 83 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees inland and 75 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 74 degrees along the coast, 64 degrees inland and 62 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots. Sea state is light chop to choppy; however, a small craft caution is in effect for gusty winds and locally rough seas near heavy showers and thunderstorms.
Tides will be high at 11:21 this morning and 10:45 this evening and low at 4:34 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:33 this evening and rises at 6:25 Monday morning.
Skies on Monday will be mostly cloudy with some showers and isolated thunderstorms developing over most areas in the daytime and over the south and coast at night.
