Transport Minister issues warning on broken down Ritchie’s Bus

By Aaron Humes: Minister of Transport Rodwell Ferguson has advised on social media that drivers along the Hummingbird Highway in the Santa Martha area tonight should be on the lookout for a broken-down Ritchie’s Bus heading to Placencia, currently blocking the road passing the police station.

The Minister said the bus was “almost taking up an entire lane with absolutely no lights, no one there to give any signal to on coming traffic.” Police and the Traffic Department have been alerted, he added.

There was an accident earlier on the Highway coming out of Belmopan and motorists are advised to kindly exercise caution while traveling on the roadways.
