By Breaking Belize News Staff: There is a cold front in effect to start the holiday weekend. Skies today will be variably cloudy, temperatures cool and conditions windy but no rainfall is expected.
Temperatures across most of the country will only peak as high as 78 degrees while it will be 68 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 70 degrees along the coast, 64 degrees inland and 60 degrees in the hills.
Winds are northerly at 15 to 25 knots and sea state will be rough; a small craft warning is in effect for strong gusty winds and locally rough seas.
Tides will be low at 8:57 this morning and 10:03 tonight and high at 2:59 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:37 this evening and rises at 6:26 Sunday morning.
Conditions remain mild with little or no rainfall on Sunday.
