Posted: Friday, January 20, 2023. 1:01 pm CST.

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On January 19, 2023, Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, Francis Fonseca and Councilor Albert Vaughan handed over a desktop computer for the community police officers at King’s Park community police booth.

“We were pleased to hand it over to PC Marilyn Lopez AND PC Patrick Roches who are the officers responsible for community policing in Kings Park. The desk top will assist them with record keeping, data storage, and better planning preparation,” Fonseca said.

Fonseca says that the safety and security of Kings Park residents is a priority and community policing is one of the most effective crime fighting tools available.

“We must all do our part to fight crime and violence in our communities,” Fonseca added.

Fonseca also thanked the police officers for their dedication and commitment to keeping the Kings Park community safe.
