By Benjamin Flowers: Police have arrested and charged two men in connection with the shooting death of San Pedro businessman Elvis Polanco.
Today, officers formally arrested and charged Edward Moraga and Winfield Mortis with murder.
Polanco and his common-law wife were ambushed and assaulted on their way home on November 19, 2022.
Polanco was fatally shot during the incident while his partner was only injured.
