By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, 30 sheep farmers participated in a culinary arts training session using sheep products in San Jose Succotz, Cayo.

The training was organized by Daniel Juan, the leader of the sheep farmers group.

The session was facilitated by Franklin Padron Extension Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise, Cayo.

The participants prepared 5 dishes including, sheep BBQ, lamb chop suey, stew lamb, kabobs and lamb curry.
