Police officer in southern Belize dies in a motorcycle accident

By Benjamin Flowers: The Belize Police Department lost one of its officers in a motorcycle accident last night.

Reports are that Police Constable Elejio Teul attached to Bella Vista Police Station, Toledo District, got into the accident shortly before 7:30 p.m.

Teul suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.

Police are investigating.
