Joshua Fuller claims C-Ray’s 24-mile cycling race in 57 minutes, 37 seconds

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: 501 Valvoline’s Joshua Fuller won the C-Ray 24-mile Saturday cycling race in 57 minutes and 37 seconds (57:37). The race was three minutes and 11 seconds slower than last week when Carlton Robinson ran it in 54:26.

Fuller was also the top rider in the Elite ages 18-39.

He was followed in the General Classification by his teammate Brandon Cattouse. Santino’s Herman Requena, who last week was second ran in third. Rolling Shatazz’s Dwayne Wade, also dropped a spot, claiming the fourth position. SPD’s Phillip Leslie took the fifth spot.

The race started at the Data Pro Junction which connects the Philip Goldson Highway to the Boom Road. From there it headed on the Boom Road to the Hattieville Roundabout and back, finishing at Data Pro for 24 miles.

The C-Ray Racing Club have another 24-mile race on the same circuit on Saturday, February 4, starting at 6:00 am.
