By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belizean Krisean Lopez didn’t play in the El Salvador League opener on Sunday as his transfer papers weren’t completed.

His team Platense fell 3-0 to champions Alianza at the Antonio Toledo Valle Stadium in Zacatecoluca.

Lopez said the paperwork is now complete and should be available for the second game.

The Belizean forward played in five of six friendly pre-season matches, missing one due to injury.

Lopez is playing for Platense on loan from Verdes.
