Four golf carts destroyed by fire in San Pedro

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Police in San Pedro are investigating a fire that destroyed 4 gulf carts and damaged the front of a home.

Police received reports of a fire around 2:34 am today in the DFC area of San Pedro.

Evelyn Cordon told police that at about 2:15, she awoke and noticed 4 golf carts on fire and the fire spread to the house.

The fire department also responded to the fire.

The 4 golf carts that were destroyed have been valued at $64,000BDZ.

The cost of damages to the house is yet to be ascertained.

Police investigation continues.
