By Rubén Morales Iglesias: San Pedro Tiger Sharks controlled the ebb and flow of their game against the Punta Gorda Panthers, running them over 98-73 at the PG Sporting Complex in Punta Gorda in Week 3 of the Belize Elite Basketball League.

The victory was the Tiger Sharks first in two games while the Panthers dropped their third consecutive game.

John Kelly led all scorers with 23 points, adding nine rebounds. Jamal Kelly converted 21 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and made three assists and three steals. Francis Arana totalled 18 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and three steals. Jamaal Clifton contributed 15 points, 11 rebounds, and an assist. Ashton Edwards added 11 points.

Davis Tavian led the Panthers with 22 points, two rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Marquies Williams scored 15 points, grabbed six rebounds, and made a block. Elbert Ariola added nine points and Julien Travis 10 rebounds with four assists.
