Belize Weather: Fair weather prevailing but some showers forecast

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Slightly moist and unstable conditions prevail according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies today will be sunny with cloudy spells and tonight cloudy at times, with showers isolated except over southern districts.

High temperatures peak at 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees in inland areas and 74 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 76 degrees along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots. Seas will be choppy.

Tides will be high at 9:22 this morning and 8:36 this evening and low at 2:09 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:55 this evening and rises at 6:17 Sunday morning.

Skies will be cloudy at times on Sunday with a few showers over central and Southern areas.
