Santa Elena man arrested for Lord’s Bank drive-by shooting of female minor and Harrison Parks

By Benjamin Flowers: Police have arrested a man in connection with a double shooting on Tuesday, where a 16-year-old girl and 21-year-old Harrison Parks were injured.

Police say that Santa Elena resident, 23-year-old Ryan Daniel McCulloch was charged with two counts of attempted murder.

Parks and the minor were walking along Edwin Parks Avenue around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, when they were shot at.

The female minor and Parks were both rushed for medical treatment and have since been released.
