Belize Weather: Fair weather starts the week

By Breaking Belize News Staff: An east-to-northeasterly airflow supports mainly fair conditions according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies today will be mostly sunny and tonight partly cloudy to clear with isolated showers only.

High temperatures reach 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 89 degrees over inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots; sea state is choppy to moderate.

Tides will be high at 10:30 this morning and 10:23 this evening and low at 4:05 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:56 this evening and rises at 6:16 Tuesday morning.

Fair weather continues on Tuesday with winds becoming gusty on Tuesday night.
