Mayor, Councilor of Twin Towns building international relations in Pasco County, Florida

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Mayor of San Ignacio and Santa Elena, Earl Trapp Jr., and Councilor Matthew Preston whose Portfolio is Local Economic Development departed Belize on Sunday en route to Pasco County, Florida.

Mayor Trapp and Councilor Preston will attend the Pasco County Board of Commissioners Meeting that is geared to support the resolution of the establishment of Pasco International Trade and Tourism Day.

The purpose of the visit is to begin building a relationship around the common interest of the 2 regions namely, economic development and technical education.

Mayor Trapp and Councilor Preston will return to Belize on Saturday, February 25, 2023.
