BREAKING: Body of man found shot to death in Lord’s Ridge Cemetery

By Aaron Humes: A body of a man was found in the Lord’s Ridge Cemetery this morning, though not in the usual condition.

The body was discovered shortly after six this morning by someone walking through the cemetery, about 40 feet down the right-hand side of the George Price Highway.

The body was dressed in a white t-shirt and khaki cargo short pants, barefoot, with gunshot injuries to the head. No identification was found on the body.

Police are on the scene and investigations continue as the body was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital morgue.
