Eugene Fraser and Stanley Moore granted bail for robbery charge

By Breaking Belize News Staff: After six months on remand at the Belize Central Prison, Stanley Moore and Eugene Fraser have both received bail from the High Court of Belize.

Moore and Fraser were arrested and charged with robbing Floyd Smith in August 2022 and were denied bail in the first instance. On Monday they received bail in the sum of $4,000 each plus one surety of the same each.

Fraser who owed the court $1,500 was able to pay his outstanding fines and is out on bail meanwhile Moore who has two offenses, the robbery and a case of handling stolen goods, was unable to post bail.

Moore was granted an additional bail of $2,000 for a handling stolen goods offense he also has before the court which is also pending trial.
