Belize Weather: Fair weather continues for Ruta Maya weekend

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts continuing mainly fair weather country-wide for the next several days. Skies will be mostly sunny today and partly cloudy tonight; little or no rainfall is expected.

High temperatures peak at 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees over inland areas and 79 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots and the seas run at light chop to moderate.

Tides will be high at 9:32 this morning and 9:08 this evening and low at 3 p.m. this afternoon. The sun sets at 6 p.m. this evening and rises at 6:08 Monday morning.

Continued fair weather with only isolated showers is forecast for Monday.
