By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a fire that broke out at the residence of Keisha Steven on Old Well Road, Lords Bank, Belize District on Thursday night.
According to Steven, she was at work at the time and no one was at the wooden structure. Around 8:10 p.m. her neighbors were alerted to popping sounds and thereafter saw the roof top of the 20 by 25 foot structure in flames.
The value of the house and its contents is not known and it was not insured. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined. No one was injured.
