UDP choosing standard bearer for Stann Creek west today

By Benjamin Flowers: The United Democratic Party’s (UDP’s) latest round of conventions continues in Independence Village today.

The UDP will be choosing the standard bearer for the Stann Creek West constituency from three candidates including Ivan Williams, Aldan Tasher, and Alberto Logan.

UDP Area Representative for the Albert Division, Tracy Taegar Panton took to social media this morning to wish the candidates luck as the convention gets underway.

“This is how we ensure that the voices of the people are heard when they are afforded the opportunity to actively participate in the decision-making processes of the party,” Panton said.
