International News: Migrants try to force their way into the U.S. at Mexico border

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On Sunday, U.S. officials stopped hundreds of migrants storming the U.S.-Mexico border, Reuters report.

The group broke through Mexican lines and began demanding asylum in the U.S.

The migrants, mostly Venezuelans gathered at Ciudad Juarez but could not breach the crossing connecting the two countries.

Some migrants said that they were frustrated with securing appointments using the new app.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security had introduced the app as a way to streamline the process.
