Elmer Nah and family due back in court today over ammunitions charge

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Police Corporal Elmer Nah is due back in court today with respect to a charge of kept unlicensed ammunition.

Nah, who also stands accused of triple homicide, along with his common-law wife, Epifania Caliz, and his brother-in-law police constable, Manuel Caliz, are scheduled to appear in Magistrate’s Court today, over 135 live .223 Remington rounds and four live 5.56 caliber rounds.

During his last court appearance, Nah became disorderly in court, yelling and disrupting proceedings, as he accused the Belize Police Department of setting him up.

Nah returns to court next month with respect to the murders of Jon Ramnarace, David Ramnarace and Vivian Ramnarace.
