Trial Farm villager shot three times, survives attack

By Benjamin Flowers: Thirty-seven-year-old Bart Allen, a resident of Trial Farm Village, Orange Walk district, is in recovery after being shot three times last night.

Police say that Allen was fixing a tire on his vehicle, which was parked on Nightingale Street around 8:15 p.m. when two men on a scooter rode up to him and one fired several shots.

Allen was hit to the right hand, left hand, and to the left side of the chest. He was taken to the Northern Regional Hospital for treatment, where he is listed in stable condition.

Police are investigating.
