Floyd Montero fatally shot to the back of the head in Camalote

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A man was fatally shot in Camalote last night.

Police responded to a call of a motionless body near Thimbrel’s Nazarene Church where they found the body of 23-year-old Floyd Montero.

Police say Montero was leaving a social event when someone fired four gunshots at him.

One of those shots reportedly hit him to the back of the head and exited his left eye. There were no expended shells found on the scene.

Police are investigating.
