By Breaking Belize News Staff: Current weather conditions are expected to improve, according to the National Meteorological Service.
Skies today will be cloudy with a few showers and light rain scattered countrywide today, decreasing before a few showers and isolated thunderstorms develop mainly in the south tonight.
High temperatures peak at 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees inland and 76 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 76 degrees along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at 10 to 20 knots. Seas are running moderate to rough and a small craft warning is in effect for occasional gusty winds and rough seas.
Tides will be high at 9:52 this morning and 10:18 tonight and low at 4:04 this afternoon. The sun sets at 6:03 this evening and rises at five minutes to six Wednesday morning.
The outlook is for a few showers along some coastal areas on Wednesday, becoming isolated by the afternoon and redeveloping in Toledo at night.
