Elmer Nah to return to court in May to face murder charges

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Police Corporal Elmer Nah will be headed back to court in May with respect to the triple homicide in Belmopan.

Nah was to appear in court last Friday, however, his attorney requested an adjournment for the matter and it was granted.

His new date with respect to the three counts of murder in relation to Jon, David, and Vivian Ramnarace, has been set for May 17.

Jon and David Ramnarace were gunned down on New Year’s Eve 2022, while Vivian died 15 days later.

Nah also has a pending matter in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court, for kept unlicensed ammunition.

In that matter, he is jointly charged with his common-law wife, Epifania Caliz, and his brother-in-law police constable, Manuel Caliz.
