BDF women engage in “Emotional intelligence for women in leadership” training

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: In celebration of women’s month, BDF women officers engaged in a training focused on “Emotional intelligence for women in leadership”.

The training was organized and facilitated by Beltraide on March 21 and 22, 2023 in Belize City.

Topics covered included, “What is Emotional Intelligence, Managing Emotions, Social Awareness, Developing your leadership identity, Leadership Presence and Self-confidence.”

The BDF thanked Beltraide for organizing the training.

“The BDF remains committed in the upliftment and enforcement of the Women Peace and Security agenda for the women of the force,” the BDF noted.
