Cake decorating classes conclude in Belmopan

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On Saturday, March 25, 2023, a group of 18 people graduated from the Belmopan City Council Cake decorating class.

The group participated in several weeks of training facilitated by Rosanna Santiago.

The training was organized by Councilor Pauline Soberanis Tillet who holds the portfolio of Women Empowerment & Family Affairs.

Belmopan Mayor Sheran Palacio and other invited guests attended the ceremony.

Mayor Palacio congratulated the students and thanked Councilor Tillett and the facilitator.

“The Belmopan City Council remains committed to creating spaces and avenues for empowerment of its citizens,” the council said.
