Ministry of Agriculture Technical Officers meet Dr. Crispim Moreira, Food and Agriculture Organization Representative to discuss projects

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise (MAFSE) Focal Points and Senior Technical Officers met on Tuesday with Dr. Crispim Moreira, Food and Agriculture Organization Representative.

MAFSE said they discussed and were updated on the projects being implemented in the country. 

Moreira and the MAFSE officers also reviewed the opportunities in the expansion of projects and challenges the MAFSE focal points are facing in implementing such projects.

The focal points are the coordinators of the FAO projects within the Ministry of Agriculture.

The MAFSE officers included Chief Agriculture Officer Dr Victoriano Pascual, FAO National Correspondent within MAFSE Armando Aban, and Registrar of Co-operatives Gareth Murillo,

The Food and Agriculture Organization is an arm of the United Nations.
