Abandoned Pickstock Street residence collapses

By Aaron Humes: A two-story wooden residence on Pickstock Street between New Road and Barrack Road in Belize City apparently fell this morning.

The house had been there for some time but had been abandoned according to neighbours since November after damage from Hurricane Lisa weakened its foundations.

No one was inside at the time of the incident; however, items belonging to the previous residents were still there.
