Belize Weather: Run of fair weather continues

By Breaking Belize News Staff: According to the National Meteorological Service, seasonably warm and dry conditions prevail. The 24-hour forecast is for mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy skies tonight. Little or no rain will occur, except for the chance of an isolated thunderstorm over the mountains this afternoon and in the north tonight.

High temperatures range from 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast to 95 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 77 degrees along the coast, 66 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at five to 10 knots. The sea state is slight.

Tides will be low at 6:44 this morning and 8:54 this evening and high at 12:48 this afternoon. The sun sets at 6:08 this evening and rises at 5:39 Wednesday morning.

Expect continuing warm and mostly dry with isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms developing inland Wednesday afternoon.
