Belize Weather: Fair and mostly dry

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The 24-hour weather forecast from the National Meteorological Service is for continued sunny skies with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated along with isolated thunderstorms over the Maya Mountains this afternoon.

High temperatures along the coast reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit; 95 degrees in interior areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees along the coast, 69 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at five to ten knots; sea state is slight.

Tides will be low at 7:33 this morning and 10:10 this evening and high at 1:50 this afternoon. The sun sets at 6:08 this evening and rises at 5:38 Thursday morning.

Continued fair weather, warm temperatures and mostly dry conditions should be expected for Thursday.
