BDF officer and popular biker Hector Cho is victim of hit and run accident on Thursday night

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Hector Cho, a Belize Defense Force (BDF) soldier from San Ignacio, is the victim of an apparent hit and run accident that occurred on Thursday night in the Belize District.

The accident occurred between miles 11 and 12, near Tubal Vocational School, on the Philip Goldson Highway in an area that drivers claim is very dark at night and prone to accidents. Police found Cho’s body motionless on the side of the highway pavement with severe injuries. He reportedly died on the spot.

Police and scenes of crime personnel processed the scene last night and an investigation is underway into the cause of this fatal accident.

Cho is also a well known biker and condolences are pouring in from his biking colleagues and others.
