By Breaking Belize News Staff: A homeless man was shown leniency in court after the virtual complainants came to the Belize City Magistrate’s Court this week, to withdraw the charges against him.

Forty-nine-year-old Denroy Wagner appeared in court today, after spending 11 months in prison on remand over the burglary of the It Store in Belize City.

After the complainants said they did not want any further action, the prosecution offered no further evidence against Wagner.

The burglary occurred on June 19, 2022.
