Police find over 50 grams of cocaine in San Pedro Town

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Drug peddlers in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye are short of over 50 grams of their product following police operations this weekend.

Around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, police conducting operations in San Pedro Town searched an empty lot in the San Pablo area where they found a bucket that had two plastic bags containing cocaine. The drugs were weighed and amounted to 54.8 grams.

No one was in the immediate area at the time of the finding, as a result, they were sealed, labeled, and deposited the findings as found property.
