The life support classes are giving doctors and nurses hands-on training to identify and respond to life-threatening respiratory and cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants.

“This medical exchange strengthens ties between the United States and our Belizean partners to improve public health care,” the U.S. Embassy added.

The United States Government has provided donation of critical medical equipment, supplies, and training to Belize.

“#WeStandWithBelize, as the world’s largest donor to bilateral assistance in health – showing up for our partners when called upon,” the Embassy reiterated.
